Happy New Year! I hope all of you had a great holiday. I just wanted to share some updates.

- Our world is changing. I’m going to need all of you to pay attention, because we are in danger.
As we roll into 2025, a lot of things are changing. In America, our entire world changes. Some would say we are moving into unprecedented times. I say we are moving into dangerous times. If you have not read the Mandate for Leadership from Project 2025, I strongly recommend that you do. It’s 920 pages. Do not get it from Project 2025. I provided a link to the Document Cloud (above) where NPR did us all a solid. They uploaded the Mandate there for all to read, so you don’t have to give Project 2025 your information. Nor do you have to pay for it.
As a book influencer, I was contacted by the actors in this group on day two after the election. I can’t tell you how highly organized this group is. They’ve been working on this mandate for almost 50 years. They’ve been rolling it out since the day after the election.
Any liberal or Democrat should not ignore the Mandate. It outlines what is about to happen to all of us. Their goal is to “defeat the anti-American Left – at home and abroad,” (p. 2, Mandate for Leadership). That means, if you run, they will find you. This is not just an America thing. This is happening all over the world.
I mention all of this because I was told to promote Trump, authoritarianism, and Project 2025 on day two. I will not bend the knee. I resist.
Famous last words, right? Probably. So I’m going to do as I’m told to promote Project 2025, just not how they want me to. I will be warning people so that everyone knows what is in this document. You will be able to find this on Threads: @michellekennethpw.
As a book influencer, there are guidelines on not promoting trans books, or you will become a registered sex offender. Librarians and teachers are also subjected to similar guidelines.
All of those dystopian books you’ve read or heard about… they apply to our world right now. Start reading and re-reading them. Start collecting banned books. Start reading them.
I said last year, if you come for my books, we are at war. So. They stated in their Mandate that they are coming for my books. So. We are at war. I will not bend the knee. I resist.

I’m entering 2025 with an MBA to add to my credentials. I’m approaching my world differently, yet cautiously.
It angers me that Project 2025 is going to war with intellectuals and people with degrees.
Project 2025’s timeline is to have most of the Mandate cemented within the first 180 days (note: the Mandate began the day after the election). Two years to completely finish the 920 page Mandate.
If you think this is not happening, think again. Check Trump’s Cabinet. Last I checked, 19 of the 27 picks were Project 2025. If they do not want a non-Project 2025 candidate in a particular position, you will instantly see a report that completely disqualifies that person. See Matt Gaetz, RFK, Jr., and Pete Hegseth.
Like I said, highly organized. In all honesty, I’m impressed with how organized this is.
On January 20, 2025, at 12:01 PM ET, the nightmare begins for so many people currently planted in America. The poor and middle class gave the bourgeois and the rich power over them. Why? Because a Black Asian American woman ran for president.
Her loss reflects the ugly truth of the people in this country. So please don’t act like we can still be friends if you voted to endanger human lives.
There are many people I’ve spoken to about what is happening. Many believe this is a democracy. It can’t happen here. But it did. They voted for it. They believe the Democrats will stop them. No, they won’t. They’re already bending the knee because they ultimately feel they have no choice but to submit to what the voters voted for. We asked for this. The majority of Americans asked for this. You need to ask why they chose fascism.
Truth be told, reading the Mandate hurts my soul. I grew up in a white evangelical racist family where I was the black sheep. They tried to get rid of me when I was seven because they finally got the boy they wanted. When adopting me out didn’t work, I spent the rest of my childhood and teens as an unloved slave to these assholes. Unloved isn’t the correct word. Hated is the correct word. They hated me.
They still do.
I grew up in a world filled with hate. I rejected their religion because I am love. That is who I am. That is who I choose to be. To me, all evangelicals will ever be are balls full of hate.
Growing up in that world, subjected to white evangelical rules, all I could think was I needed to be free from this. My ticket out of this hell was education and going to a school far away.
I’ve been living as a free woman, and I never thought I would have to go back to that world again. This is America. I could be free from that evil world.
But evil won this time. The way these people are talking, they plan on dragging me right back to hell.
You can’t imagine how much my soul hurts to know that these people believe wholeheartedly that the way I live my life is wrong. The whole single cat lady bit where I was free to decide my life. I chose not to marry because I wanted love. I wanted respect. Most men don’t want to give that. They want you to give up everything for them, their lives, and their career. The men who respect you and only want to love you and be your partner through life are rare. I couldn’t find someone like that.
Not being able to have a child was forced upon me at 38. I adopted my Maine Coon after I came to terms that I was never going to have kids.
I love my job and the adventures this life has afforded. I’ve enjoyed luxury and VIP opportunities. These are things I got for myself. No one else gave them to me because I was in a relationship with them. I got this life for myself. I bought my own damn bag. Hell. I bought myself over a hundred bags.
I even bought my own damn ring.
Now, I’m looking at what is coming. I’m trying to wrap my head around how these people think my life is so wrong. How I’m the one who is evil.
I’m scared to death of returning to the life I escaped from. Like a slave girl that ran, only to be caught and returned to their master.
I just want to be free. Half of America voted to take that freedom from me because I’m female and mixed race.
Half of America doesn’t like I’m educated, single, and child-free. They don’t like that I read books and love sharing books. They don’t like that I’m doing quite well financially without a man. They don’t like the life I made for myself on my own as a woman.
My race is human. They just don’t want to ever see me as being human, just like them. It is so much easier to put a label on someone so that they can degrade you to being something less than human. When they do this, it allows them to discriminate against you.
I don’t know what these next few months hold for me or for you, but I will fight to be free… for all of us to be free.
I will be posting on Threads items from Project 2025 that you will need to know. If you are a creator, activist, etc., take that information and run with it. Share it with your followers. Create memes, videos, whatever you can to get the word out. If you can’t create, just share the information with everyone you know. Talk about it. Come up with a plan. Help each other.
We are not fighting over politics right now. We are fighting to remain free from tyranny. We are fighting for our Bill of Rights that are being stripped from us because we are Democrats or Liberals. We are fighting for our rights to exist. We are fighting to be able to choose how to live our lives, especially when it comes to our own bodies, our beliefs, our gender, and who we choose to love.
The difference between conservatives and liberals is simple. Conservatives represent colonization. Liberals want to be free from colonization. They fight against colonization so that we can all be free to practice our own cultures and beliefs. If you want to understand this concept further, watch One Hundred Years of Solitude on Netflix.
When the Nazis killed the Jews, people asked how the German people could allow a mass genocide to happen. How could they turn a blind eye? It ends up that many had no idea this was even happening until years after the war had ended.
History repeats itself. America is a fascist authoritarian government now. It’s up to us to pay attention, warn everyone, and save as many people as we can. We need to stand up to evil and say FUCK NO.
Many of us are good people. We have good hearts. Yet, we live in a world full of hatred. Don’t let them change you. Be the change our world needs right now. We are being called to help each other. To love one another.
